Open the installer and drag AssistantHood to Applications on Mac, or follow the setup wizard on Windows.

Enter your email and we'll send you a sign-in link.

Click the link and choose Open AssistantHood, or paste the code from the email into the app.
The app keeps itself up to date. Windows may show a SmartScreen notice on first launch: choose “More info” then “Run anyway”.
