Delete Your Account
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including profile information, event registrations, and messages will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
There are two ways to delete your account:
Option 1: Through the App
- Open The PA Way app on your device
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Settings
- Scroll down and select "Account"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Option 2: Contact Support
If you're having trouble deleting your account through the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Send an email to concierge@thepaway.co.uk with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Our team will process your request within 5 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile information will be permanently deleted
- Your event registrations and history will be removed
- Your messages and communications will be deleted
- You will no longer be able to access any premium features you may have purchased
- Your data will be removed from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy
Data Retention After Deletion
While most of your personal data will be deleted immediately, some information may be retained for a limited period:
- Information required for legal compliance and record-keeping obligations
- Data that has been anonymized and no longer identifies you
- Information necessary to detect and prevent fraud or other security issues
